FAQ: RPM suspends the queue when it receives a print job

Problem: I installed the newest version of RPM Remote Print Manager® for Windows NT, version 3.0. Now when I send a print job to RPM, the queue is suspended. In the log, I see event 447 and a message stating

RPM needs Full Access to printer 'HP LaserJet 4' 0x5 : Access is denied.
