RPM Elite upgrade special

If you are considering upgrading your license for RPM Remote Print Manager™ Select to RPM Elite, this is a good time to do it! We are offering an upgrade special February 1 through March 31, 2010 for $200.00 USD (normally $324.00). Government and volume discounts also apply.

Why upgrade?

• We've had the most feedback on the new PCL to PDF translator. This gives you the ability to turn an incoming print job, if it's in PCL format (which is typical for many of our users) into PDF. From there, it's easy to archive to disk or send in an email (or both). Some even print the PDF using 3rd party solutions such as Adobe or Foxit.
• A close second to PCL to PDF is the new web interface. It is slick, fast, and super easy to install--in fact installation is a matter of turning it on and selecting which hosts on your network you want to have access. People are liking this a lot more than the old IIS based version.
• Nearly everyone mentions the improved print processing speed. We've gone to a lot of work to provide a better printing experience than with very popular RPM Elite version 4.5 (our biggest selling product, ever). Honestly, we can't yet guarantee your results here; but what we can guarantee is that we want to, and we're working to address everything reported to us. And, most people have very favorable results.
• Beyond that, text watermarks, PDF watermarks and PDF passwords have been well received.

How do I get this?

1. You are eligible to upgrade if your SUM (our support, upgrade and maintenance program) is current. You can tell if you are current by going to the Brooks Liciense Manager in Windows, click on the License Status tab, and look for "Supported". The date represents the end of the support contract for this license.
2. If the date is in the past, please contact our office for a quote to reinstate SUM. We lowered our mainteance percentage from 30% to 18% so it may cost a lot less to reinstate than before.
3. If the date is in the future, please contact our office and mention the "Elite Upgrade Special" to take advantage of this offer!

When you contact us it will make things quicker for you if you have the serial number handy. It's on the same License Status tab mentioned above.

Remember that government and volume discounts also apply. So, if you're a government customer already, you are getting a forty percent discount from our base price. Your price to upgrade would be $120 USD.
