Print to a Novell shared printer?

I'm using RPM Elite or Select to receive print jobs from my mainframe or host system and print them out to a printer shared by Novell. Each time RPM begins printing a job, the queue gets suspended automatically. When I try unsuspending the queue, it promptly goes back to suspended.
