What ports does RPM use?

Question:

What ports does RPM use?

Answer:

By default, RPM is configured to receive print jobs on port 515. RPM can be configured to listen on any port number available.

To determine which ports RPM is listening on, choose Protocols from the Options menu. The Current Protocols list shows the protocol and port number pair.

You should configure your firewall to relax each port listed in the Protocols dialog.
