Does RPM run on Windows XP?

Question:

Does RPM run on Windows XP Professional or Home Edition?

Answer:

RPM Elite and RPM Select both run on and are supported on Windows NT, 2000, XP, and Server 2003. These products will be updated to run on new versions of Windows as they are released. Neither version runs on Windows 95, 98, or Millennium Edition.

RPM 9x runs only on Windows 98 and Millennium Edition. It does not run on any Windows NT-based operating system, nor is it supported in this environment. If you are currently running RPM 9x on Windows 98 or Millennium Edition, and you wish to upgrade your operating system, you must purchase a new license of RPM Select or RPM Elite or convert your current RPM 9x license to one of these RPM versions.
