Saving print jobs so they can be reprinted

Question:

I need RPM Remote Print Manager® to be able to retain each print job for a specified amount of time in order to reprint later if necessary. Does RPM currently have this ability.

Answer:

Currently RPM does not have this ability, however, we do plan for RPM to support this feature in the very near future. Our product INTELLIscribe® currently has this feature and can be used in conjunction with RPM. INTELLIscribe can be downloaded here.
