Emergency need to reinstall RPM

Question:

I have reinstalled RPM on a different computer as the one originally had RPM crashed. When I attempt to unlock, it states "all available licenses are already unlocked." It is after normal business hours for Brooks.

Answer:

For customers who have current Software Upgrade Maintenance (SUM), an After Hours Licensing solution is available in emergency or disaster recovery situations when the regular trial version is not sufficient to meet the customer's needs. This solution is available for RPM Elite and Select only and provides a five day trial version allowing the same number of printers as if the license was unlocked. The software can then be unlocked at your convenience when Brooks normal business hours resume.
