How do you unhide RPM?

Question:

I have RPM running, but I've chosen to hide it so users do not modify any of my settings. I am now having a problem and I wish to unhide it so I can find the problem. How do I unhide RPM?

Answer:

First, you must close RPM. You can do this by either rebooting the PC without an RPM shortcut in your startup group, or you can press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, highlight RPM, and press "End Task". This should close RPM, but it may take more than one try.

Then, in the Windows Explorer, find the RPM folder. By default, RPM is located in C:\Program Files\Brooks Internet Software\RPM9x. Double-click the "unhide.reg" file to import it into your registry. Then restart the RPM program.

RPM will now run "unhidden". You can hide it again when you wish by right-clicking on the RPM task tray icon and choosing "Hide".
