Konica Minolta Document Management Solutions
Headquartered in Ramsey, New Jersey, Konica Minolta Business Systems is a leader in document imaging innovation. Konica Minolta provides complete solutions for document creation, production and management. The company provides the essentials of imaging to companies and organizations ranging from small office/home office to workgroups and departments and to large production operations with its technologically advanced line products and services.
Brooks Internet Software develops software solutions that enhance and compliment Konica Minolta's printers and copiers. RPM Remote Print Manager® allows access to Konica Minolta's finishing services for a more professional presentation, and at a much lower cost than other solutions. ExcelliPrint® converts IPDS print streams into PCL, GDI, PDF, TIFF, JPEG or PNG files for output on Konica Minolta copiers and printers equipment, again lowering the price on the total package compared to other solutions.
Mainframe / Host Customize & Control Printing
RPM Remote Print Manager is a complete print server software solution designed expressly for Windows platforms. It allows you to customize and control the processing of print jobs received over a TCP/IP network from host systems including mainframes, AS/400s, UNIX, Linux, and other Windows systems.
RPM intercepts any print jobs sent to the computer while at the same time allowing total control over specifications such as font size, number of lines printed per inch, and font type. These specifications allow print jobs such as greenbar reports to print on less costly cut-sheet paper with richer appearance. MORE INFO
IPDS/AFP Printing to Konica Minolta Printers
Konica Minolta dealers no longer have to walk away from mainframe or AS/400 printing environments where the customer is printing IPDS data streams. ExcelliPrint® is a print utility that converts IPDS print streams into PCL, GDI, PDF, TIFF, JPEG or PNG files for output on Konica Minolta copiers and printers equipment.
ExcelliPrint is designed to run on Windows NT-based computers and accepts IPDS print requests from iSeries and zSeries computers over TCP/IP communications. Before ExcelliPrint, it was an expensive proposition to get that print stream converted into a more useable format. ExcelliPrint makes this a snap! MORE INFO
