We renewed support but the license manager shows the license is in trial mode

Based on our records for this license, it appears your serial number is different now than it was before the reinstallation. This typically means the MAC address of the network device changed. It may also mean that you should declare a persistent MAC address if you are in a VM. The MAC address must be static.

However, there is an outside chance RPM would generate a unique serial number on a computer if no qualifying network device was found.

Let us know when you have fixed this. We will deactivate your license in our system, and you should be able to try the license activation again.
