  1. For your convenience, almost every page on this site has a "telephone block" with our toll-free number in the US and our international phone number.
  2. The page menu includes our Contact Us link where you get our phone, fax, emails, and mailing address. We even include a map image that shows roughly where in Idaho Falls we are located. You can also use the form we provide to message our Sales team.

Online ordering

We offer an online order system using a third party store vendor. They offer a variety of payment options localized to many regions around the world, so you are not limited to credit card.

Purchase orders

Brooks offers traditional invoicing from your purchase order. We can also process quotes into a P.O.

Payment and terms

We accept:

  • checks in US dollars drawn on a US bank
  • ACH (please contact our office for details)
  • wire transfers; please note that we may need to charge a fee
  • our payment processor accepts a variety of methods depending on your locality

International ordering

If you purchase by invoice, you may need to wait until your check clears.

In nearly any other circumstance, ordering international is very close to ordering in the US.

Software Upgrade & Maintenance

Details on our "SUM" program, which affects your ability to get technical support and to migrate your license. However, you do not need to have current support in order to run the software if we've already activated the license.
