Won't Connect

Intelliscribe takes forever to load and when it's done it says "Cannot connect to service" at the very top.

Due to the lack of detail provided, I can only say for sure that it appears the INTELLIscribe service failed to start correctly.  You might first check the License Manager to verify the license is unlocked.  If not, you need to activate it.  You might also check the Windows Event Viewer to see if it shows any errors or warnings with regards to the INTELLIscribe service.  If one or more errors are found, please supply them.

If that doesn't help, please provide additional details surrounding the issue.  Is it a new install on a new server?  Is it an older install that was working up until now and suddenly stopped?  Is it a virtual machine or physical machine?  Have there been any changes to the machine recently?  If so, what was done?  What is the version of Windows?
