At Brooks Internet Software, we take security seriously - not because it's a checkbox, but because it's the right way to build enterprise software.
Our Security Architecture
The most important security decision we made was architectural: we don't store your data. Period.
Our print management solutions run on your infrastructure, process jobs locally at your sites, and integrate with your existing systems. We never have custody of your documents, user data, or print queues.
If you find you need to consult us over formatting issues, we have the means to sanitize your data before sending it to us, should you decide to do so.
This design principle has served our customers for over two decades and continues to be our primary security commitment.
Security Standards and Compliance
We maintain security controls aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and conduct annual security assessments.
We self-certify annually with NIST and have for years.
Our Security Background
Brooks was founded with security mindfulness baked in. Our technical team includes experienced professionals from federal contracting environments, where security isn't optional - it's an operational discipline. Our staff also includes professionals with industry certifications.
Enterprise Certifications
We understand that enterprise procurement increasingly requires third-party security attestations. We're prepared to pursue formal certifications, including:
- SOC 2 (Service Organization Control 2)
- ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System)
These certifications will provide independent verification of security controls.
Working With Your Security Team
